Suzi Fox, a supervisor of turtle research said, ''It's unusual for the reptiles not to find their way back to sea.'' Scientists have started to investigate these conflicts. Some scientist believe that the confusion is due to the changing of the coast line due to hurricane Gabby; because of hurricane Gabby ,the coast line along the beaches of Florida have become more narrow. This means less space for the turtles to nest. This may be causing the confusion. Scientist will continue to monitor the situation.

The reason I chose this article is because it interested me how the turtles are disoriented. When usually, their routine is to go straight to the shores of beaches they prefer to lay their eggs, then go back. It's surprising to me because the cause of this is humanity building things on beaches.
In my point of view, this says humanity shouldn't disrupt the homes of animals, that's their natural habitat and the way they survive. If they are becoming disoriented how will they survive?
